Because the mountains are oh-so-close, our RZR 4-wheel-drive side-by-side always goes with us to Utah. We put the RZR to the test (and my nerves!) going up to the top of Monroe Mountain, which is at about 12,000 feet and covered in snow this time of year. The last mile or so we made our own tracks up the mountain path through the snow drifts on the 6-foot wide trail next to the looming cliff. The cliffs get me. I suffer quietly in the backseat, trying to get over my fears. But it doesn't work so much. Logically, the RZR tires grab great, it has extreme 4-wheel drive power, and Mike is an outstanding driver. However logic does not prevail in a scenario like this. I did manage to push past my fears and every once in a while pry my hands off the handle to take a picture. LOL
Looking back, it was fun, beautiful, and everyone had a good time. Mostly. :-)
