Do you have a crutch? Something you rely on even though you really shouldn't need it? Every night I have to watch the news to go to sleep. Yes, it's become a necessity. It started when my hubby was working in Ohio and I was in Michigan in a very creaky, noisy, (read: scary!) house so I watched a Canadian news show to help me fall asleep every night for six months. Now I need the news. My crutch. It's so indispensable to me falling asleep that I have to even watch TV while traveling! Hey, I guess whatever works, right? What do you rely on?
